On Thursday evenings, our culinary journey took us to distant corners of Europe. Thanks to unique tasting workshops, we had the opportunity to taste wines and dishes from France, Germany, Austria, Italy and Spain.
These magical evenings were hosted by an experienced Poznan sommelier Krystian Blejder, who introduced the participants to the secrets of winemaking and the culinary traditions of various regions.
During each of the meetings, the participants had the opportunity to taste five classic dishes from a selected cuisine, perfectly composed with wines characteristic of a given region. Not only did we get to know new flavors, but also, thanks to the knowledge of the sommelier, we learned a lot about the culture and culinary traditions of European regions.
These evenings will certainly remain in our memory for a long time, reminding us how wonderful a culinary journey around Europe can be.
It was a real feast for the soul and body!
