About the workshop:
It’s no secret that the cuisine of a given country is best suited to locally grown wine made by artisanal winemakers who best understand the culinary culture of their homeland. France is the cradle of quality winemaking and a treasury of culinary knowledge and innovation. We invite you to the first meeting of the “Wine tasting at Brzask Bistro” series, where you will have the opportunity to taste five classic French dishes combined with five wines from different regions of this wonderful country.
About the teacher:
Krystian Blejder, an experienced sommelier from Poznan. A graduate of the Wine & Spirits Education Trust, where he passed the WSET3 Advanced in Wines certificate with distinction. Student of the WSET Diploma in Wines program. She conducts thematic workshops and WSET1 and WSET2 courses in Poznań. Author of numerous articles in the “Trybuszon” quarterly, where in the Wine Academy section he regularly explores the secrets of the processes taking place in wine, its production, classification of European vineyards or organic and ecological wine certification.
